Update your profile with relevant information and upload supporting documentation.

2. Get vetted

Our team carefully assesses each application using the information you have provided and uploaded.

We then help you tailor your online profile to market yourself in a way that increases your chances of successfully landing those amazing job opportunities.

3. Find opportunities

Once your application is successful and your account has been approved, you can apply for advertised roles with a couple of clicks, and Employers can directly contact you about specific roles that may or may not be advertised.

Employers

1. Create profile

Sign Up as a Employer on RoleSpot and verify your email address.

2. Get vetted

One of our team will contact you directly to verify the information you have provided and to confirm that you are an authorized hiring manager or representative within your company.

3. Find talent

Once your application is successful and account approved, you are accepted onto our platform as an Employer and can directly search and contact Workers about specific roles based on key criteria (e.g. wage, education, certification, skills, experience etc.).
