Update your profile with relevant information and upload supporting documentation.

 

2. Get vetted

Our team carefully assesses each application/profile to ensure only the best talent is accepted onto our platform using the information you have provided and uploaded.

 

3. Get found

Once your application is successful and account approved, you are accepted onto our platform as a Worker and Employers can directly contact you about specific roles that you can choose to accept, reject or discuss further.

 

 

Employers

 

1. Create profile

Create an Employer profile on www.rolespot.com and verify your email address.

 

2. Get vetted

One of our team will contact you directly to verify the information you have provided and that you are an authorized hiring manager or representative within your company.

 

3. Find talent

Once your application is successful and account approved, you are accepted onto our platform as an Employer and can directly search and contact Workers about specific roles based on key criteria (e.g. wage, education, certification, skills, experience etc.).
